Ao que parece, no Reino Unido tentaram unificar as bases de dados de informação clínica e disponibilizar a informação aos médicos a partir de postos remotos, de modo a descentralizar a infraestrutura existente.
Entre as várias queixas, destacam os crashs constantes e perdas de informação. Alguns serviços estão a voltar ao papel?!?!?
